The WG funding contract for HealthPathways finished March 2026
Swansea HealthPathways currently has a survey on its home page “to inform continued resourcing of HealthPathways”
The LMC would be very grateful if you could complete and provide feedback.
Based upon MLMCs FOI request we know that the total cost incurred up to the end of September 2025 was £5,939,420.08 * (From April 2023 to September 2025)
Total allocation for Swansea Bay UHB across the project up to the end of September2025 was £434,259.62 *
